7 days Uganda Cultural Safari Encounter Details
Itineraries
Day 1
Arrival at Entebbe and drive to Kampala
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by a Uganda Cultural Tour representative who will then transfer you to Kampala
Day 2
Kampala Cultural Tour
After breakfast, you will be picked from your hotel from where you will start the Uganda Cultural Tour by visiting Namugongo Martyrs Basillica – a place where a number of Christians were burnt. From Namugongo you will visit Uganda Museum for a further insight into Uganda Culture and history before heading to Ndere Cultural Centre where you will not only enjoy but will also partake in cultural performances and dance.
Day 3
Kampala Cultural Tour (Cont’d)
After breakfast, drive to Naggalabi Coronation site where the Kings of Buganda are consecrated. You will get a chance to learn about the true traditional culture of the Buganda tribe and its kingdom on this part of the Uganda Cultural Tour.
Day 4
Head to Jinja
Drive east towards Jinja with stop overs enroute at Ssezibwa falls before proceeding as you enjoy the scenic drive. Arrive Jinja in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, visit the source of the Nile before checking in at the lodge.
Day 5
Proceed to Sipi falls – Kapchorwa
Early breakfast, then start the drive to Sipi falls, Kapchorwa district. Later check in at Sipi lodge or drive back and overnight at Mbale Resort.
Day 6
Head back to Kampala
After late breakfast, head back to Kampala arriving in the evening.
Day 7
Airport Transfer
Transfer back to the airport for your departure flight back home.
